SUMMER CAMP
PROGRAM INFORMATION
About:
Come join us for a summer full of fun! Children ages 15 months (must be walking) through 8 years of age are welcome. Registration for summer camp is made online through Our School Hangout – please see this How-To Form link for step-by-step instructions (also found under resources).
We are offering 6 sessions of camp this summer from 9:00am-1:00pm. Sessions for toddlers and two year olds will run Monday, Wednesday, and/or Tuesday, Thursday (you may choose 2 or 4 days per week). Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven & Eight year-old sessions will run Monday through Friday (5 days per week). Classes will be set according to the child’s age.
New this year, we are providing an aftercare program from 1:00pm-5:00pm after summer camp. Registration for the aftercare program is separate from summer camp registration. More information can be found on our aftercare program page.
Our campers will enjoy a variety of fun activities including science & STEM activities, arts, music and movement, playball, cooking, water play, special visitors, pajama days, character days, and more! Each week we explore a new theme providing age appropriate activities. We build literacy, fine motor skills, writing, cognitive inquiry skills, & have fun throughout the weeks with Music, Art, Water Play, Cooking, Special Visitors and Activities, and much more!
For attending camp, please pack a snack and lunch each day. Please bring a bag with a spare set of clothes (including underwear and/or diaper, if applicable), a water bottle, and lunch box. We ask that you please label everything with you child's name.

Registration for Summer 2024:
Registration for current students, previous campers and church members begins on February 14, 2024. We will open registration to the community on March 1. Don’t delay as space is limited.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. If you are placed on a waiting list, it will be indicated on your confirmation, and your registration will be held. Confirmations will be sent within a week of submitting a registration. Tuition is due no later than June 1 for weeks 1-3 and July 1 for weeks 4-6.
Tuition Per Session 2024:
Toddlers/ Two’s:
$ 115 (Two Days) 9am – 1pm
$ 230 (Four Days) 9am – 1pm
Three’s, Fours, Five – Eight year olds:
$ 235 (Five Days) 9am – 1pm
The one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $100 per family is required to receive confirmation. Please make every effort to sign up only for the sessions you are certain to attend. Summer camp must be prepaid. However, if you need to change dates or withdraw, you may do so until confirmations have been sent out. Once confirmations have been sent and payment received, tuition is not refundable. The confirmation will reflect the balance due.
